each day, you’ll be receiving a new track along with a digital support sheet that will guide you through each of the stages.

The digital support sheet will come in the form of a Notion page. Notion is a premier online application or software that helps thousands of businesses around the world with organization and management. Thess guides will help you reflect on your journey ahead.

On the other hand, the tracks will be sent to your email, where you can personally enjoy each stage and each track. This way, you can enjoy the 555 album wherever you are, whenever you want to.

What can really be done in 5 mins?

Ever notice how much you get done while microwaving something, boiling water, waiting for tea or coffee to steep? Way easier than starting to clean your kitchen out of nowhere. It’s the same idea here.

What if i want to work for more than 5 mins?

Then do it, lol. You can either hit repeat or i embedded a 24/7 livestream of chillhop music :)

Will i receive the whole album?
